Who We Are

Clair is operated by Momentumism Inc. We use SMS and phone communications to deliver core features of our voice-first thinking partner service, including scheduled coaching calls and session reminders.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from Clair when you:

• Create an account and provide your phone number during onboarding
• Explicitly check the SMS opt-in box during account setup
• Enable phone call features in your account settings

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Types of Messages You May Receive

• Session Reminders: Notifications before your scheduled voice sessions
• Call Confirmations: Confirmation messages when an outbound call is initiated
• Follow-Ups: Post-session summaries and content draft notifications
• Account Alerts: Important transactional messages about your account

We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on your usage and schedule settings. On active days, you may receive 1–3 messages. You can adjust your communication preferences at any time in your account settings.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive from us. Momentumism Inc. does not charge separately for SMS communications.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message we send you
• Disabling SMS notifications in your Clair account settings
• Emailing us at [email protected] with your request

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You can re-subscribe at any time by texting START or re-enabling the feature in your settings.

Privacy

Your phone number and communication preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

Clair SMS services are available through all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as most regional carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed.
